    There is a lot of information within the park. Historical information, with plaques telling the history. Walking tracks are well marked.

    Lovely place! We walked in the bush looking for mounds. We rode bikes and saw kangaroos. We ran into our tents as lightening bolts were all about, followed by rain. We sat on our sleeping pads and held our clothing bags over our heads to avoid the subsequent hail storm. It was very exciting. The hail was about the size of golf balls with little thorny bits sticking out. We then painted the beautiful clouds after it cleared. Wonderful experience!

    The Discovery Walking Track offers an easy sampling of the parks delights. However do take care when opening the information boxes, many also host a resident huntsman!
